Nadina Majer Performance Consulting
For more than 10 years, I have been supporting people in their professional and personal development.
My professional roots are in the automotive industry. More than 20 years of experience in sales, service and training have taught me one thing above all: In the end, success isn’t determined by expertise alone – it’s about people.
That’s where my work begins. In training and workshops for companies as well as in personal coaching, I combine practical knowledge with creativity and individuality – clear, relevant and always focused on the people I work with.
Because I don’t believe development follows a standard formula. It should be individual, open up new perspectives and even be fun – with character, charm and charisma.
My goal is always the same: Development shouldn’t just sound good. It should make a difference.
